Not sure you need a physical doula but still want the support? Maybe you live somewhere rural or outside of my service area. This package is for you! I will take you on at any point in your pregnancy, the earlier the better. We will cover nutrition, movement, navigating the medical model, childbirth education, coping measures, and more.

"40 days for 40 years"
I built this package in the hopes of offering continuous support and guidance in the first 40 days postpartum. We will work together to build a postpartum sanctuary plan, with ten 2-hour visits spread out to your liking. The goal being lots of rest, nourishing the body, and bonding with your baby.
